"Art for me is an adventure. I never know what I am going to make before I make it. It is the uncertainty of what I will make that keeps me going. I start out with some automatic scribbles and go from there.. Deciphering and adding as I go along. It is usually unexpected and unusual. I remain open and let the work come to me. Being receptive to the universe while I am in the midst of creating makes the work more than myself. My art is my soul and unconscious mind speaking to me."
